This comfortable home is located across the street from Lake Michigan, just a short walk from beach access to Union Pier's spectacular beaches. The town of Union Pier is about a half-mile walk and is where you can pick up your odds and ends or you may want to get strudel at the bakery, made-to-order sandwiches at the deli, ice cream at the Pumpernickel Inn, or stroll through some of the nearby galleries.

With four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, and several public rooms, the interior of the house is outfitted with a library, TV's, DVD’s, VCR's, a pool table, and a completely outfitted kitchen. A large deck off the back of the house leads out to an oversized heated swimming pool surrounded by hammocks hung from trees, an outdoor fire pit, and an oversized picnic table. In addition to the bedrooms there are two other rooms with sofa beds.

Available year round -- one-week minimum during the summer season. Weekend rentals will be considered during off-season.
